Insurance and Billing

Please remember it is your responsibility to provide our office with your current and correct insurance card(s) and to know the extent of your coverage.

We participate with Medicare, Humana, Cigna, Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Texas True Choice and most other insurance carriers. As a service to our patients, we file with your insurance company for you. Please bring your insurance card and any required co-payments, which will be collected at the time of service.
