"I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy performed by Dr. Richard Otero in the past month. It was an incredibly positive experience from start to finish after arriving at the procedure center. Everything was handled extremely efficiently, professionally and in such a kind and caring manner. I have nothing but praise for each healthcare worker that I encountered. May I add that Dr. Richard Otero is one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I have encountered in my 74 years of life!!! I highly recommend him as an excellent doctor, plus he is a wonderfully caring individual. You are not just a “number” to Dr. Otero. He has been my gastroenterologist for the past 20 years.
