"While I've only met Dr.Otero briefly prior to a procedure, I've had a few office visits with Ms. Reygoza. While I would rather not be going to the doctor in the first place, she makes every visit as informative, pleasant, efficient, and quick as possible. I appreciate her genuine concern and patience when answering my questions to put me at ease, because most likely I'm in the office for something unpleasant or worrisome. At my most recent office appointment she took a few extra moments to offer some words of wisdom that she really didn't have to take the time to do and I don't think she knows how much I appreciate her concern."
