We had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Raygoza and she is wonderful, caring, and truly wants the best for my mother’s health.

However, the front office lacks horribly in customer service!! No one answers the phone. Always sent to voice mail which is useless, because no one calls back. They refer you to their text message number for so called quicker response. USELESS!! NO one responds for weeks and it doesn't answer my questions or request for call back appropriately!! They don't even return calls to my pharmacy?!
A professional medical facility can't operate this terribly! You must correct it or I will be compelled to seek another provider.

I met with Anna Reygosa and she was able to help me with my medication needs. She made sure I was doing well, before prescribing the meds. She is very professional and personal.

The front desk clerk was very courteous, the check in nurse was also very courteous, and the PA was very professional and answered all my questions. Very happy with visit.
