Very satisfied with consulation.Would like to see Dr. Ayala more often.I have a co pay of $15.00.,but the front desk always says I don't have a co pay n am billed later thru the mail, which is a hassle for me to have you mail payment.
It has always been a very professional experience. The staff tells me how long its going to take and keep me informed. The doctors always give me all the info i've ever needed on my health. Can't speak highly enough of this place and the people there.
Everyone is so friendly and check-in is quick & efficient. I didn't feel rushed and all my questions were answered.
Only thing I suggest is that the financial department shud give a actual amt prior to the procedure instead of the day of procedure
Dr. Ernesto Guerra & Patricia Moore have been my Gastoenterologist for many years. They are very professional, caring and friendly. Drs. answer all your questions and provide alternative care solutions for your medical problems.
The staff and nurses are great, too.
