The lady who made my appointments was fantastic!
I’ve only had my experience this far with PA Ford via a web meeting and it was very easy to speak to her about my concerns and get prepped for a time for a procedure! Very easy messaging system in place. Office is very responsive

The staff was amazing And very cheerful and so well mannered I felt so special I was nervous but the staff calmed me down and Assured me I was in good hands and Dr. Ford is so amazing I was very happy that he attended me and took good care of me you have an amazing stuff will mattered polite funny and I even woke up with a Smile thank you so much for attending to me and I appreciate every moment of the experience. Dr. Guerra listens to his patients and answers questions in a thorough, calm and respectful manner. His staff all follow the same rapport with patients. I highly recommend Dr Guerra and thank him and his staff for his service.
