Due to medication I am presently taking I could not visit the office. I am very appreciative that i was given a video appointment with your gracious nurse, I needed to be seen for a refill of my omaprazole prescription which has helped me so much in my healing under Dr Johnson’s care. I was very appreciative of the referral from Essential Med Clinic to come see Dr. Franklin and staff. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and I was seen promptly even though I arrived to the office an hour early. Dr. Franklin is very personable and projects confidence in his craft.
