Excellent really takes time to listen and address your concerns. Very pleased and consider myself lucky to be her patient.
This group practice is very organized and professional. I appreciate the front office, the nursing staff and the Drs.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Otero for many years and have had several colonoscopies throughout those years. We both feel he is a wonderful doctor and feel he is one of, if not, the best in San Antonio. He has always been nothing but kind, patient, informing and eager to answer any questions we have. He is truly a good man and an exceptional doctor. As with any office who has a staff, there are going to be weaker links at times, Dr. Otero responds to staff issues and does his best to rectify those issues. I chose to give a 5 star rating because I have experienced a staff problem, informed Dr. Otero of the problem and he eagerly put in the work to correct the issue, what more can be asked of a Doctor with a large staff? I will add, I wish ALL doctors had Dr. Otero’s kindness, heart and skill.
My husband and I have seen a lot of specialists throughout the span of 25 years, and we have met only 5 medical specialists who have outstanding bedside manners, professionalism, so caring and concerned about our health conditions and go the extra mile for us. Dr. Otero is at the top of the list. We feel so blessed that he is taking care of our health matters.
The staff is always friendly and personable. Dr. Taheri is a great doctor. He cares.
